We are excited to announce that Ruben's Throwdown is back for the 7th straight year of competitionhosted by our good friends at Engineered Bodies Strength and Conditioning. 

We couldn't have had the success we've had if it wasn't for your overwhelming support in previous years. Year after year our event sells out, bringing together CrossFit and fitness enthusiasts of varying experience levels in a team event like no other. The feedback from the community has always been excellent and positive and we're excited to be able to host it again for this amazing community.
