The Dominican Republic surpasses 95,000 coronavirus cases today, September 2nd, including the 648 new positive cases in the last 24 hours.
On average, 2,033 tests are carried out in the country every day, which is one of the lowest figures on the continent, as the average region exceeds 4,000 tests.
The government has postponed the start of school until November and they are working hard to get all teachers and students throughout the country the technology they need to successfully learn from home.
